What is Qigong?
Qigong is an ancient Chinese medical practice. It focuses on opening up the joints in order to facilitate flow through the meridians.
By opening yourself up to Heaven & Earth, and the flow between them through your body, you help heal your organs, and relax into a natural state.
This practice will focus on opening the Heart to the Earth and Heaven, teaching a bit about the Three Dan’tiens and nourishing your body.
What is Singing Ring®︎?
Singing Ring® is a crystal-infused healing instrument from Japan. It produces abundant harmonic overtones, ranging from low to high frequencies — including both inaudible and audible sounds.
